The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and inserting in lieu thereof a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 2344 -- “A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §10-1-23; and to amend said code by adding thereto a new section, designated §10-5-8, all relating to transferring Library Television Network assets of the Library Commission to the Educational Broadcasting Authority; allowing use of cultural center production studio space by Educational Broadcasting Authority; providing the Governor determines disputes over assets; transferring certain employees to the Educational Broadcasting Authority; authorizing the authority to develop, produce and distribute public affairs and community interest programming; providing for competitive bids for integrator services; describing the priority of program activities; and authorizing legislative rules be promulgated.”
